Since I already own a Logitech wireless mouse for each of my computers, I naturally started looking to Logitech for a low cost wireless mouse for my 12 year old grandson's school laptop. He is using a small notebook type laptop with Window's 7 and Office 2010. The very tiny USB transmitter can remain in his notebook and the on and off switch helps preserve battery life, however he will more than likely leave it on all the time. Of course the color is almost a Dodger blue, so he is happy with that aspect. He has used it for about a month now and loves it! It is a perfect size for his smaller hand! Some positive notes:
Just insert the battery (included), plug in transmitter and the mouse comes to life.
There is a storage place in the mouse for transmitter, if needed.

Bought this for my wife to use on her PC. It's a great mouse and the smaller receiver is very convenient. Great signal strength.
The best mouse
I purchased this product somewhere else as I need a mouse immediately. I had read a few reviews for different mice and most didn't state if the mouse had "left hand" option. There wasn't any info on the package but I took a chance and purchased this. I was happy to find that I could change it to left hand operation. It has a convient on and off switch. Fits well in my hand, I have a small hand. It seems to roll on just about anything. I am happy that I chose this brand and model.
Excellent little mouse
So nice to be able to take a mouse with me and not worry about the USB receiver. Plus, when I switch computers for work, the USB receiver fits snug inside with the battery. Highly, highly recommended.
